Refurbished IWKA line including the fabrication of robotic feeding cells

Complete turnkey solution for the automation of a IWKA tube filling line. The scope of work included the adaptation of IWK TZ101, the conversion of a plastic tube filling machine for metal tubes, the design and fabrication of : a leaflet feeder, RS-AF100 system with a re-circulating mk conveyor including a vision system for pick & place integrated into the ABB IRB robot controller, RS-AF50 comb dfeeder system with an indextion wheel controlled by a Allen Bradley servo-motor. The programming of the cartoner was made with ELAU and the line with Allen Bradley technology. PCM added a coding and inspection system. Relocation, transportation (custom papers), installation, start-up & training was provided as well as all the required docuementation (Pin&ID, grafcet, electrical schematics, operating manuals, set-up sheets, change parts and spare parts list.
