Data supervision and acquisition system – manufacturing plant

The mandate was to implement a supervision system for paint fill lines.
The solution developed manages and supervises the sequence of operations for all filling and packaging lines (all different products, all different formats). The system allows downtime's tracking and data acquisition for all equipment status in order to follow performances and KPIs and improve operations efficiency. The collected data are transmitted via a web interface to allow laboratory workers and managers to access them at all times.
