Cell 1:
ROBOTS: 8 manipulator robots Kuka, KR-6 and KR-10 (KRC4).
DESCRIPTION: The cell assembles and inspects plastic parts on two production lines. Parts enter the cell on conveyors. Screws and metal inserts are installed by the first robots. A plug is assembled and an inspection takes place. A leak test is performed later. If the inspection and sealing are then conforming the piece is laser engraved and then deposited on an exit conveyor. Otherwise, it is deposited on a reject conveyor.
MANDATE: Customer assistance for shop trials and production. Modification of programs and adjustments of positions.

Cell 2:
ROBOTS: 4 Kuka manipulator robots, KR-6 (KRC4).
DESCRIPTION: The cell assembles and inspects plastic parts on a production line. Parts leaving the injection press are deposited on a support. A first robot takes the parts and places them on another support. A manual operation then adds a component. The second robot then assembles two pieces and deposits them on a welding machine. After welding, a screw and a metal insert are installed by the third robot. A leak test is performed later. If the test is correct then the part is taken by the fourth robot, laser engraved and then deposited on an output conveyor. Otherwise, it is deposited on a reject conveyor.
