Premier Tech is pleased to announce that it is pursuing its foray into digital with the acquisition of Manevco Management Inc. of Bromont, Quebec.
Active in Quebec and the United States as well as in Europe, North Africa, and Asia, Manevco has specialized for more than 10 years in the design and rollout of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)–type connected solutions through the implementation of manufacturing execution systems (MES). MES are used in factories to monitor and document in real time the transformation of raw materials into finished products. They help improve productivity, optimize the use of manufacturing capacity, and reduce inventories and waste.
Premier Tech and Manevco share a common vision: developing sustainable and transformative solutions that help their clients win. This acquisition will support accelerated growth and open the door to new business offerings and experiences for Premier Tech clients via smart, connected, integrated solutions. Some 25 people will bring their experience and know-how to the Premier Tech Team, which is present in 25 countries.
