MES Project

Project in progress since 2016 for 12 factories of our client (Quebec and United States), the objectives of the project were:
– Automatically collect machine downtime and display them on the operator screens so that they could provide a reason.
– Provide a means to enter data from production tests and associate it with a production order.
– Provide a means to associate machine parameters to a production run and its production order.
– Evaluate product quality using the product specifications previously entered into the system.
-Communication with SAP.
– Manage the genealogy of the products (ascending and descending traceability) for each production run, when needed.
