SCADA conversion (GE Proficy iFix to Wonderware System Platform)

While replacing the SCADA software, one of the goals was to keep the required changes to the PLC programs to a minimum. This was performed by running the old and the new SCADA in parallel, at the same time allowing the operators to become accustomed to the new system. As part of this mandate, PCI performed the following tasks:
– Design of the new SCADA system while taking care to respect the customer's standards
– Design and programming of the new SCADA pages
– Start-up and validation at the plant
– 24/7 Support
